Slow panning is where you slow down the shutter speed and move the camera in the same direction as the object to help give the sense of movement in a photograph. It takes quite a bit of practice to get the face of the creature in focus! So here are the results of my recent experimenting from the jaguars in the Pantanal, Brazil to the owls at Beeding Brooks.
